With over 20 years of experience in managing and leading complex and dynamic organizations, Jim is currently the Managing Partner of Jernigan Kester LLC.
Formerly Jim was the Deputy Program Manager at Shoulder 2 Shoulder Inc, a multimedia solutions company focusing on lesson learned, leadership case studies and IT support of military and veterans organizations.
Jim previously served as the Operations Integration Manager at A-T Solutions Inc. a Training and Intelligence solutions company working with military, law enforcement and other government entities providing services in support of security, combat and intelligence operations.
Jim retired from the U.S. Army as a Sergeant Major where he served in the Special Forces (Green Berets) as an A-Team operator for 26 years. He retired as a Company/Task Force Sergeant Major and was responsible for as many as 1,400 personnel at a time while conduct operations on 5 continents. Jim is a combat veteran of many campaigns in both Central and South America, and Southwest Asia.
Jim holds a Master of Business Administration from Campbell University is a fluent Spanish speaker and holds numerous other certifications.
In his off time Jim likes to punish his body with prolific workouts, he is an avid shooter (pistol and rifle), and a golfer.
Pete began practicing civil engineering in 1990. He is a Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) since 1998.
In 1997 Pete founded Tower Engineering Professionals Inc (TEP) to provide inspection and engineering services. In 2004 he added TEP Design Build Inc (TEPDB) to provide construction services. Pete was CEO of TEP/TEPDB from founding till 2015. Pete is currently a founding Partner of Jernigan Kester LLC.
Pete built TEP/TEPDB from two to 300 employees. By 2015 it had $50 million in revenues with eight district offices nationwide. TEP/TEPDB was agile, innovative and industry-driving with national and international coverage. TEP/TEPDB were fully integrated to perform comprehensive site development with in-house personnel and financing. That included land acquisition, environmental science, land surveying, geotechnical engineering, civil engineering, MP&E, structural engineering, construction, inspection and tower maintenance. Pete personally climbed, inspected and mapped hundreds of towers. From that experience he developed industry-disrupting tower inspection proceedures.
Pete graduated from NC State University with a BS in Civil Engineering.
Pete is also an alum of the United States Marine Corps.
As the Director of Business Development at Jernigan Kester, Brady coordinates new business opportunities in the tower, construction, and UAS fields.
A career Army officer, Brady served as a military advisor in the Middle East; obtained a commercial rotary wing pilot's license; deployed world-wide (including conflicts) and retired from the Army in 2017
He holds a BBs in Marketing and enjoys sailing, hiking, and fabrication work.
